Order is confirmed through an email after successful payment. It is essential to provide a correct email address, shipping address and mobile number when placing your order. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please reach out to us through email (email@example.com), mobile (+370 641 99 454), or Instagram (@deeps_creative).
Prices do not include shipping costs unless communicated otherwise on a single product page. The payments are collected using Montonio and their provided payment methods.
As every item in our e-shop is custom-made, returns are not possible. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us, and we will likely work it out together.
The warranty is applied for one year from the time of the purchase. The warranty is applied for production errors. Normal wear and tear is not protected under warranty, but we are kindly offering one-time inspection and polishing services for all of our products for two years.
To initiate a warranty policy, please get in touch with us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject line “Warranty” and the order details.
